Hawley Lake Cabins and Resort

TO OUR GUESTS: PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

DIRECTIONS:   The CDC Hawley Lake Office is located at Cabin C-56, (Map of Hawley Lake) approximately 3/10th of a mile off the main road.  There are signs to lead you to the office.  The office for the Lodge and Lakeside Cabins is located in Room A-4 at the Lodge.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:  Guests must check-in upon arrival at the CDC Office (CABIN C-56).  Guests staying at the lodge or Lakeside Cabins must check in at Room A-4 at the LODGE even if you are a frequent guest, you MUST check-in.  If you will be arriving late please notify the Main Office at (928) 369-1753 or the Hawley Lake Office at (928) 335-7505.  When you check out, please lock all doors and turn your key in at the office.  Check-in time is between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Check-out is 11:00 am.  Late check-outs will be charged for another day.

PETS:  There is a $50.00 pet fee for each pet.  Plus a $200.00 deposit, which will be refunded provided there is no damage to the cabin caused by the pet.  Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and brought into the cabin at night.  Do not allow your pet to disturb other guests.  PET DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE BY CREDIT CARD!

PROBLEMS:  We try to keep our cabins well maintained, however, if something is not working properly, please contact the office immediately.
 
PROVIDED IN EACH CABIN: WHAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING:

2) Pillows & 1 Blanket for each bed 2) Extra Blankets
3) Dishes; Pots; Pans; & Silverware 3) A small Barbecue
4) Coffee Maker (10 cups) & Toaster 4) Coffee Filters; Dish washing Soap
5) Toilet Paper    5) Lawn Chairs
 
MODERN CONVENIENCES:   Although we do have indoor plumbing and electricity, one of the charming aspects of Hawley Lake Cabins is the fact that you will escape the phone ringing and TV blaring.  There are no telephones, VCR's, TV's, Radios or Microwaves in the cabins.  If you wish to bring any of the above, feel free to do so, however, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get good reception.  CDC will not responsible for damage or loss of personal items.
 
PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
NO Swimming in any Lake or Stream.      NEVER approach any wild animal; report all Bear sightings.

NO Firearms of any kind.

NO Outside Fires.

 Recreational Vehicles, Trailers and Tents are only allowed in the Campground and RV Park, NOT around the Cabin areas.
DO NOT leave a fire burning in the fireplace when you leave the cabin. NEVER leave food outside; YOU ARE IN THE FOREST -- FOOD ATTRACTS WILD ANIMALS.

PAYMENT:  Deposits are due one week from the time your reservation is made.  If your deposit is not received when due, your reservation will be CANCELED.  Final payment is due three weeks prior to arrival - NO LATER.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check.  Any deposit or balance more than $500 MUST BE PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER'S CHECK, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Partial payments are not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $50.00 cancellation fee per cabin for cancellations made 21 days (or more) prior to your arrival.  Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the reservation date.  Exceptions May be made for a family emergency, such as illness or death in the family, provided we receive a doctor's verification within 10 days of cancellation.  There is no refund for unused reserved days!
