White Mountain Apache Tribal Chairman Ronnie Lupe was elected on April 5, 2006 by a popular vote of 3,003 Tribal voters to serve
the White Mountain Apache People for the next four years. Tribal Chairman Ronnie Lupe shall preside over the deliberations of the Tribal
Council and shall also act with full authority as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tribe's administrative organization in the conduct,
supervision, and coordination of Tribal programs as approved by the executive divisions and departments. He shall represent the Tribe in
negotiations with governmental and private agencies and meet with many Off-Reservation organizations and groups in order to create
favorable public opinion and good will toward the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Chairman Ronnie Lupe shall appoint various standing
Committees, including the Advisory Committee, within the Council, boards and commissions within and outside the Council to help in
determining Tribal policy and procedures and to suggest appropriate action on resolutions. Chairman Ronnie Lupe will be looking forward
to bringing in an industry to employ Tribal members within the next four years as his main goal to the people. Chairman Lupe has a
