MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited college/university and be licensed in the state of Arizona with ability to supervise 6-10 employees
  2. Three years experience in counseling, with one-year experience in chemical dependency and supervisory experience preferred.
  3. One-year experience working with Native Americans and their families and five years experience in related interest or area
  4. Must pass Defensive Driving Course, background check of past driving record, be willing to travel for training, and transport clients

  14. Must have knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  15. Must be able after training to recognize correct format of documents for quality control.
  16. One year accounting experience necessary
  17. JD Edwards Experience preferred
  18. Able to speak Apache and English
  19. Must pass math, typing, and 10 key calculator test
  20. Must have previous customer service and accounting experience preferred
  21. Must pass background check of past driving record, pre-employment drug screen and background check
